We provide an Exercise Physiologist to assess the individual needs of anyone aged over 65 years, and provide assistance through individual and group sessions.
Exercise Physiologists can help with general health and wellbeing, activities of daily living, pain management, and by improving balance to help prevent falls. The right exercise to manage chronic conditions can help enormously. Usually referrals are made by your GP to this service, but you may also self-refer by phoning Euroa Health. A small fee applies, subsidised by the Government. Group sessions are fun and help people to stay connected with others. A number of different health and wellbeing group sessions are run throughout the week, with morning and afternoon options generally available.
